⚽ Workout Type:
This is a Command-Style Dribbling Workout — packed with sharp cuts, quick changes of direction, and advanced skill patterns.
🎧 How It Works:
Players will receive verbal commands from Coach Christian and must dribble within the box, performing each move as instructed.
🔥 Challenge Level:
Coach Christian will call out different skill moves throughout the session — each one timed ⏱️ to keep the pace high and intensity up.
